Orders are shipped through USPS with insurance. During checkout you can select from first class or priority shipping. Packages over $1,000 USD in value require a signature confirmation. 
In stock items will ship out in 1-3 business days. Made to order items will take time to be created, prior to shipping. Exact processing times can be found in each items listing.

Feel free to contact me if you need an item within a certain time frame, and I will try to make it happen.

All items will be gift wrapped. If you place an order with multiple items and would like them gift wrapped separately please send me a note with the request. 
*A printed receipt will only be included upon request. 

*Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for any return shipping costs.

*International Buyers* are responsible for paying their countries customs fees (this is not included in shipping cost, and varies upon the country). If you are not in the U.S. please inform yourself of your specific country's policies prior to purchasing. Tracking & insurance may not be available in all countries, I cannot be responsible for lost international packages shipped to these countries. Remember, packages over $1,000 USD in value require a signature for delivery.

*United Kingdom Buyers* Please contact me to arrange payment if item is under $200. All orders will be processed via Etsy for proper tax collection.

Sales and promotions only apply to new purchase during the promotion period, no rain checks. Coupons must be entered during checkout. Discounts can not be applied to custom orders, payment plans or per-arranged orders.


All items ship USPS and include insurance. For lost packages an insurance claim can only be filed after the package has been missing for a certain number of calendar days - depending on the country shipped to.
If your item is lost in the mail I will do my best to help and file a claim, but ultimately I can not be responsible for lost mail.

Also please note, if an insurance claim is filed & paid to you and by some chance the order is eventually is delivered to you, you are responsible to pay back any insurance money paid out. 

Payment Plans

I'm happy to arrange payment plans for orders over $100. 
The total cost can be divided into two or three payments. The first payment is due immediately with the remainder due within 60 days. The piece will be shipped after receiving the final payment.
Deposit payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
Just contact me and let me know which item(s) you are interested in and I will set up a PayPal invoice. 

You may also use Shop Pay payments, check policies for details.

Custom order designs require a non-refundable $100 minimum deposit for design mock-ups. This is applied towards the final total. All designs and images are copyrighted.

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change your order please contact me as soon as possible, as I often order materials or begin fabrication shortly after orders are received. I cannot guaranteed a full refund for any cancelation requests after 24 hours, depending on the situation fees may apply. Any requests for changes to an order will be handled on an individual bases.

Refunds and Exchanges 

♥ Standard Orders 
As all of my listings provide multiple images and a clear written description with materials & dimensions, I do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order please contact me within 10 days of receiving the item. In some cases I may offer an exchange or shop credit. Exchanges must be shipped back in unused condition with the original box and safely packaged. (Shipping costs are not refundable)

♥ Custom orders or Custom Stamped Items ♥
Customized designs or items with personalized inscriptions are not subject to return or exchange. I always aim to create the piece as requested and work to maintain great communication during the creating process of custom orders to ensure you are happy with the final piece.
Custom work with Stones & Diamonds, please be aware that during the setting process there is a small chance for a stones to sustain damage. Various inclusions, previous damage, or fractures can cause a stone to crack or chip while setting. If you are sending me a stone or diamond, you are responsible to insure your valuable item. I take great care with all pieces, however I cannot insure others property in the chance damage were to occur during the setting process. 


♥ Rings ♥ 

To avoid sizing issues, PLEASE make sure you give me the correct ring size when ordering your ring.
The most accurate way to measure the correct ring size is to use a ring sizer, which are available in my shop. You can also go into a fine jewelry store to have them measure your size for free.

Keep in mind
- Wider bands will fit more snug, and it is common to need a slightly larger size.
- Ring sizes change with time. Be sure to get an updated measurement. 
- Your fingers on the right hand might have different sizes than those on your left.

I do not offer returns if you order the wrong size ring. I may offer an exchange or shop credit. Many rings with stones & cabochons cannot be resized. However, if I am able to resize a ring there is a resizing fee, starting at $20+ depending on the ring design/material.
